JoAnn Bradley

February 3, 1953 — September 18, 2024

JoAnn Bradley, 71, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2024, in Lake Point, Utah, surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with lung cancer that spread to her brain.

Born on February 3, 1953, to James and Edna Fay Chapman, JoAnn lived a life full of love, joy, and resilience. On June 11, 1981, she married Terry Bradley in Las Vegas, Nevada, and together they shared many cherished memories.

JoAnn was known for her warm and caring nature. She had a passion for baking, loved visiting Las Vegas, and was a devoted fan of the Minnesota Vikings. JoAnn had a particular fondness for M&M’s, accumulating an impressive collection over the years. Her love for Toby Keith’s music never waned, and she would seize any opportunity to see him live in concert.

Above all, JoAnn’s greatest joy was her family. She was adored by her three granddaughters, Abigail, Alayna, and Amelia, who lovingly called her "Bobbie." Time spent with them brought her endless happiness.

JoAnn is survived by her children, June (Steve) and Jim, her granddaughters Abigail, Alayna, and Amelia, and her brother Jerry Chapman. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Terry, her sister, Sherry, and many dear family members and friends.

The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the doctors and nurses who supported JoAnn throughout her cancer journey, especially Dr. Samuelson, Dr. Cannon, and Emily and Lindsey from Quality Home Health and Hospice.

In accordance with JoAnn’s wishes, there will be no formal funeral service. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 4, 2024, at 11 AM at the Camp Williams Utah Veterans Cemetery and Memorial Park.
