John C. Fourkas, age 93, died January 26, 2023 in Florida. John was born July 7, 1929 in Greece to Chris Fourkas and Panagiota Alexandri. John married Venus Ziakas on February 16, 1959. John was a loving father and husband.
John is survived by his daughters Peggy (Sam) Simos, Maria (Brian) Stroud and Tina Fourkas; grandchildren Alexa, Nicole, Kendall, Carsyn; sisters Bessie, Aggeliko, Maria, Katina and brother George. Preceded in death by his wife, Venus; brother Agiosilagos; and his parents.
Private funeral services will be held February 4, 2023 at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral, Salt Lake City, Utah with Interment following at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
