John Adams Hatch, age 75, passed away June 14, 2007 from this world to a better life without pain or limitation, where once again he could stroll hand in hand with Margery the love of his life. John was born February 14, 1932 in Portsmouth, Virginia to Marylou Adams. He was raised by his devoted grandparnets Leonard and Mary Utah Adams until the age of 8 when he began a life with his birth mother and stepfather Vyrl Snow Hatch. John married Margery Iris Norman on March 9, 1951 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Later solemnized in the Salt lake LDS Temple. Margery passed away in October of 2002. John was a man of many talents most of which he shared with all he knew. He was a man of integrity and values. He loved his family and they were a constant source of happiness to him.
Survived by five children; Dan(Kristy) Hatch, Duchene, UT, Pam (Ken) Trzcinski, Queen Creek, AZ, Debi Hatch, SLC, UT, Teri(Doug) Hilton, SLC, UT, Laurie (Alan) Bukis, SLC,UT; 20 Grandchildren; 21 Great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Highland View Ward Building, 2790 East 2980 South. Friends may visit with the family on Monday evening, June 18, 2007, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, and at the church on Tuesday from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment: Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.holbrookmortuary.com.
