John Lowell Dignan

John Lowell Dignan, 66, passed away on Monday, August 21, 2023, in the comfort of his home.
John was born on April 29, 1957, in Billings, Montana to Daryl Edward Dignan and LaRue Boberg Dignan. He married the love of his life, Cindy (aka Thia) on July 4, 2009.
John was proud of his experience with fire safety while working at MSA and continued in the safety industry until his retirement.
John had a great love for sports. He was very passionate about the New York Yankees and Oakland Raiders. He also enjoyed U of U football, PGA golf, and of course his hockey. He had a love for fishing and often told stories of fishing with friends. He also deemed himself the pinching champion!
John lived life to its fullest. He loved his friends so much he would give them a nickname and then give them the shirt off his back.
He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Cynthia (Palmer Larsen) Dignan; his step-children, Paulie Weirick (Josh) and Jonathan Roy Larsen; His sister, Marcia Smart (Stan); His brother, Mark Dignan (Kay); Sister-in-law, Susan Dignan; Sister-in-law, Linda Poarch ( Ricky); Brother-in-law, Doug Palmer; nephews, Matt Dignan ( Angela) and Stephen Dignan; Two Beautiful grandchildren, His pride and Joy, Whitnie Larsen and Remi Weirick; grand niece and nephews, Marian Dignan, Brayden Dignan, JJ Dignan, Cristian Dignan, and Chayse Dignan; and many many close friends.
John is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, James (Jim) Dignan; grandniece, Ella Dignan; and many close friends he considered family.
In Lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Huntsman Cancer Research or a charity of your choice. A celebration of life will be at a later date.
