Juanita Deon Dikes

Juanita Deon Dikes passed away on October 4, 2023 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on November 6, 1934 to Wilhelmina Johanna Pistorius and Hyrum Joseph Boettcher. She was married to Robert Osborne Cooley (1955), later divorced; Levier Ray Stoddard (1960), later divorced; and Roy Gregg Dikes (1985), later divorced.

She had many hobbies and including a love of being outside; gardening; sewing; and cooking. She also loved having family gatherings and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was also quite talented with card games, specifically pinochle and cribbage, as well as jigsaw puzzles.

Juanita is survived by her children: Lariann (Steve) Kleinman, Colleen (James) Witter, Jeanne Long, and Sharon (Shawn) Stoddard. She is also survived by her brother James (Karen) Boettcher, 15 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and assorted "adopted" children.

Juanita was preceded in death by her mother and father, several aunts and uncles, brother Jerry Boettcher, daughter Valerie Sue Brantzeg, grandson, and son-in-law Allen Long.
