Julia Madaline Higbee Askins

Julia Higbee Askins passed away on Friday, August 14, 2009. She was born August 15, 1921, the daughter of Benjamin Franklin and Ethel Ingery Nielsen Higbee.

She retired from the U of U food services. She lived a full life in which she made many friends and touched many lives and will be missed greatly and remembered always!!

She is survived by her granddaughter, Dece Tuengel and her husband Jon and her two children, Samantha and Connor, and her great-grandsons Solomon and Josiah Christiansen. She is preceded in death by her parents and six siblings.
