June Howlett Page

February 26, 1928 — August 6, 2023

June H Page died on 6 August 2023 in Taylorsville, Utah. She was born on 26 February 1928 to William Jasper and Clarissa Collins Howlett. She married Homer Dean Page on 21 May, 1948.
Hobbies and Accomplishments:  She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served in many callings including ward and stake Relief Society President, temple worker, a service mission, and in every auxiliary.  She loved the gospel of Jesus Christ and repeatedly said that she wanted to be known as someone who had a strong testimony of Jesus Christ.  She loved her church and the members of every congregation where she lived.  She was grateful to have many friends and had a gift for making others feel loved and known to be special to her.
Mom loved gardening and produced bountiful harvests of fruits and vegetables which she enjoyed sharing.  She loved being surrounded by colorful flowers and until very recently was frequently seen planting and weeding her well-tended flower beds.
She was a gifted cook—in fact, one of her love languages was to prepare delicious and nutritious meals for family and friends.
She is survived by her five children Jeffrey (Kris) Page, Judene (Jerry) Graham, Holly (Glen) Eggertz, Kerry (Valerie) Page, Drew (Linda) Page; her 20 grandchildren, and her 53 great-grandchildren.  She delighted in spending time with, and hearing about, the accomplishments of her many descendants.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Homer, her parents, Jasper and Clara, and her sisters, Hope Latham and Dawna Alexander.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023, at 11:30am in the Country Park 4th LDS Ward, 11251 South 2700 West, South Jordan 84095 where a viewing will be held on Friday, August 11, from 6-8pm and on Saturday from 10:00-11:00am prior to the service.
Interment will be at Memorial Mountain View Mortuary and Cemetery, 3115 East 7800 South, Cottonwood Heights, Utah 84121
We love you, Mom.
