Katherine Jane Denena Nuche passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2018 at her daughter’s home in Sandy, Utah. She was born in Cameron, Texas to Francisco Denena and Callie Fazzino on December 14, 1919.
She married Tony Buddy Nuche and had three children; Katherine Jane Shelton, Thomas Samuel Nuche, and Celeste Ann Miller, 10 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
She lived most of her life in Dallas, Texas and worked with her husband in real estate, insurance, and rentals. She was very active at Saint Cecilia’s Catholic Church, and held rosaries at her home. She also volunteered at Methodist Hospital. Her kindness and generosity was an inspiration. She was a great mother and friend to all. She will be loved and missed by many.
A tentative viewing will take place at Calvary Hill Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas on Monday evening. Funeral mass will be Tuesday morning. Further details to come later.
