Keith Bennett

Our dear Husband, Father, Brother, Grandfather and Friend, Keith Bennett, passed away January 30, 2013. He enjoyed life with a good sense of humor along with lots of conversation.
Keith was born September 12, 1930 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Fred M. Bennett and Della Berg. He married Barbara Jordan September 4, 1956 in Salt Lake City. Together they raised 4 sons. Keith worked hard to be a good provider and loved his family very much.
He attended grade school, Jr. High and High School in Salt Lake City, graduating from Granite High in 1949.
He started his work career in the automobile business in 1953 and retired from it in 1990. He was a top salesman and won many awards. He was social, gregarious and made friends easily. He had a great sense of humor and will be missed by family and friends.
Survived by: wife, Barbara; sons, Cory (S.L.C.), Gary (Los Angeles, CA), Mike (S.L.C); grandson, Milo (Missouri); sister, Joyce Bats (Auburn, CA); good friend of the family Art Loya (Corona Hills, CA); many friends and extended family. Preceded in death by: his parents; son, Curtis Keith Bennett; sister, Grace Jones; and brother, D. Fred Bennett.
Keith and Barbara, along with their sons, enjoyed sports and travel.
A memorial service under the direction of Murray Memorial Mortuary will be held Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 South Highland Drive, Holladay with a visitation 1 hour prior to the service.
