Kelly Allen Matosich

Kelly Allen Matosich, 57, of Millcreek, Utah, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, January 5, 2024, at his home. Born on March 6, 1966, in Hibbing, Minnesota, he was the son of the late Richard F. Matosich and Loraine C. Allison. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Cheryl Suezanne Matosich.

Kelly loved his family and animals very much. He enjoyed outdoor activities such as camping, target shooting, and riding anything that had a motor or anything to do with a motor. He loved spending the summers with his family at his cabin in Minnesota. He loved his grandkids so much. He was our best friend, husband, father, and grandfather.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his two sons: Douglas Matosich (Breanne) and Brent Matosich (Allie), his 5 grandchildren, Lance, Olivia, Aria, Dean, and Veronica, and Sophia Ruiz and his 2 brothers, Michael and Dennis Matosich.

The family will receive friends and family on Monday, January 15, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Memorial Redwood Mortuary, 6500 S Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84123.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 2:00 pm, at the funeral home, with a viewing an hour prior from 1:00-2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Memorial Redwood Cemetery.
