Kenneth Frank Pullan

Our loving Dad, Grandfather and Great grandfather Kenneth Frank Pullan passed away peacefully at his Daughter and Son-in-Laws home in Layton Utah on January 9th 2015.

He was born May 13th 1931 in Salt Lake City to Ken and Clara Pullan, the oldest of six boys. He joined the U.S. Navy as soon as he was old enough. Frank as his family knew him married Helen Carol Acocks on January 30th 1951.They enjoyed 59 years of marriage before Helen passed in 2010. Mom and Dad raised a Son and a Daughter and eventually moved to Dugway Utah where Dad worked for about 12 years. In 1975 they moved back to Salt Lake to be closer to thier children and grandchildren. Dad found it easier to go by Ken in his working environment. Mentioned because many people that got to know and respect him and his abilities will remember him as Ken. He hired on as Building Engineer at the Walker Building in Salt Lake and took much pride in the building and its architecture. He was always mechanically inclined and kept things running smooth. He worked there untill he retired.

He is survived by his son Kenneth Wayne Pullan and wife Donna, Daughter Robyn Johnson and husband Doug, five grandchildren Toni and LeRoy, Frank, Eric and Wendy, Emy and Nathan, Jayne and Virgil, and seven great-grandchildren. Also he has three surviving Brothers, Ed, Larry and Monte. He will sorely be missed. He was a great Dad, Granddad, Friend, and Brother.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 11:00am at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, where friends and family can visit 9:30-10:30am prior to the service.
