Our beloved Kinh Luong was born in Thủ Đức, Vietnam on May 15th, 1938. After residing in Vietnam for a number of years, she moved to the Salt Lake Valley until her passing on August 13th, 2025. She is survived by her 3 children, 10 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
