Les Goodfellow

Melvin Leslie Goodfellow (Les) passed away July 19, 2017.  Born September 13, 1926, he lived 90 wonderful years, enjoying each moment.   Les was proud to serve in the US Navy during WWII.  He married his high school sweetheart, Betty Viot, in 1944 and they were later sealed in the LDS Temple.  Having many Church callings throughout his life, he loved serving in scouts the best.  Preceded in death by his wife, we're sure they're having a special reunion in heaven.  Survived by 3 children, Peggy, John (Melissa) and Kathy, 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren.  Our family gives a special thank you to the many neighbors and friends who checked in on him so often.  You brightened his life!

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 11:00am at the Westbrook 7th Ward, 6364 South 3200 West, where friends and family can visit 9:30-10:30am prior to the service.
