Linda Lee Booth Jackson

Linda Lee Booth Jackson, age 78, peacefully passed away on May 10, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 2, 1947, in Murray, Utah, to Keith Derrell and Norma Tripp Booth.

On December 29, 1967, Linda married the love of her life, Charles Gary Jackson. They were later sealed for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple on June 15, 1978. In 1973, Linda and Gary settled in Riverton, Utah, where they raised six daughters and shared a joyful life for 48 years until Gary's passing.

Linda was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held a deep and abiding testimony of the gospel. She served faithfully in many callings, including as a temple worker at the Jordan River Temple. Her greatest joy came from teaching and serving, especially with young children, where her love shone brightly.

Linda was creative and generous; she loved sewing, crocheting, knitting, quilting, and painting. She often expressed her love for others through homemade gifts, always eager to share her talents and uplift those around her.

Linda's legacy is one of faith, kindness, service, and unwavering love for her family and the Savior.

Linda is survived by her daughters Heidi Stephens, CoyLynn (Dennis) Barrett, Leslie (Rich) Bell, Brittani (Drew) Naylor, and Amy (Adam) King, sister Sandy Matthews, 20 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Gary, brothers Ron and Larry Booth, and daughter Jill Robinson.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, where friends and family may call from 10:30 AM-11:30 AM. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 11:30 AM. The visitation and funeral will be held at the Copperview Stake Center located at 12154 South 3600 West, Riverton, UT, with interment to follow at Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, UT.

The family wishes to thank the many friends and caregivers at Ashford Assisted Living Center, where Linda has resided for the last several years.
