Linda Palmer Poarch, born October 13, 1962, in Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away peacefully at her home in Grantsville, Utah, on April 26, 2026. She lived a full and devoted life, touching the hearts of many through her warmth, dedication, and unwavering love for her family.
Linda’s journey began in Salt Lake City, where she later pursued her passion and graduated from cosmetology school. She demonstrated remarkable commitment and work ethic, exemplified by her more than 30 years of service with Wheeler Machinery. Her career stood as a testament to her perseverance and skill, values she carried throughout every aspect of her life.
Her greatest joy, however, came from her family. Linda was married to her beloved husband, Ricky Poarch, since September 7, 1987. Together, they built a loving and supportive family, blessed with children Jeremy (Sadie), Miranda (Jayden), and Nicholas (Brooklyn). Linda found endless delight in her role as grandmother, lovingly spoiling her five grandchildren: Brody, Scarlett, Natalee, Ryker, and August. She spent cherished moments camping with her family, fishing on her boat, and nurturing her creativity through crafting and sewing, leaving behind many handmade treasures that carry her loving spirit.
The legacy of Linda’s parents, who have preceded her in death, remains a foundation of strength and warmth in her life, remembered fondly by all who knew her.
Family and friends are invited to honor Linda Palmer Poarch’s memory at the following services: A viewing will be held on May 1, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery, located at 6500 S Redwood Rd, West Jordan, Utah 84123. Linda’s family wishes to express their gratitude for the love and support received during this difficult time. In keeping with Linda’s caring nature, they kindly ask that, rather than sending flowers, donations be made to the Heart Association in her memory.
