Linda Sherman Baumgart

Linda Sherman Baumgart, age 74, passed away on April 9, 2023, in Bountiful, Utah. She was born on August 9, 1948 in Price, Utah to Clyde and Rose Sherman. Linda moved to Salt Lake City to attend LDS Business College. She met Dexter Ludwig Baumgart and they married on November 14, 1967. They had four children: Abraham, Jeremiah, Rochelle, and Danielle.
Linda was a very artistic master crafter and turned her talent into a successful crafting business. Her main focus was handmade porcelain dolls that she hand painted and made their custom clothing. She was also a talented painter. Linda was business savvy and an entrepreneur. She owned and operated a real estate business. She was active, independent, loved to read, and loved animals.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Rose Sherman; husband, Dexter L Baumgart; and son, Abraham Baumgart. Linda is survived by her children: Jeremiah Baumgart, Rochelle Bean (Damien), Danielle Kindelin (Sean); brother, Clyde Sherman (Barbara); and grandchildren: Andrew Bean, James Bean, Jacqueline Kindelin and Dylan Kindelin.
A graveside service for Linda will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at Memorial Lakeview Mortuary and Cemetery, 1640 Lakeview Drive, Bountiful, Utah. A time of visitation will be held at the Memorial Lakeview Mortuary from 12:00 PM until the time of the service.
