It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Louie Fisher, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, friend. Louie departed from this world on June 8, 2024, in Salt Lake City, leaving behind a legacy of love.
Louie was born on September 26, 1931, in North Salt Lake, where she spent early years surrounded by family and friends. She a deep connection to nature and found solace in working with her roses and tending to her yard as she grew older. Her love for the outdoors extended to pleasant walks in the neighborhood and joyful moments spent camping and fishing with her husband Ronald Hugh Fisher.
A woman of many talents and passions, Louie found joy in dancing, and showcasing her bowling skills. She embraced the role of a doting wife and homemaker. One of her proudest accomplishments was being a devoted partner to Ronald Hugh Fisher. Together they raised four children and built a home filled with warmth and compassion.
Louie's faith was an integral part of her life as she was a dedicated member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her bond with Ronald was sealed for all time and eternity in the Salt Lake City Temple - a testament to their enduring love.
In the hearts of her surviving family members including Ronda Olsen (daughter), Bruce Fisher (son), Vicki Fisher and Brooke Fisher (daughters-in-law), grandchildren Hailey Wilkinson (Danny), Heather Anderson (Tim), Trent Fisher (Jenn), Tyler Fisher, Scott Fisher, Stephen Fisher, Calista and Wiley Fisher, Bryson (Erikka) Fisher, Landon (Sarah) Fisher; great-grandchildren Ben Wilkinson, Sadie Wilkinson, Dallin Wilkinson, Eve Wilkinson, Claire Anderson, Mason Anderson, Finley Anderson, Charlotte Anderson, Auden Fisher-Eddington Noah Fisher, Ethan Fisher, Liam,Grady and Diana; as well as her brother Merlin Page will forever cherish Louie's memory.
Preceding Louie in the journey beyond are Ronald Hugh Fisher (Husband), Jannine Page (Sister-in-law), Gene Fisher (Son), Clifton Brent Olsen(son-in-law), Carl Fisher(Son); may they find comfort in each other during this time of grief.
A private graveside service to honor and celebrate Louie's remarkable life will take place at Memorial Mountain View Mortuary Cemetery and Pet Garden located at 3115 Bengal Blvd.,Cottonwood Heights UT 84121 on June 17th at 10:30 AM.
May Louie's spirit soar high like the roses she tended to with care. She will forever be remembered for her kind heart, unwavering love for her family, and zest for life.
