Lynn Douglas Slaymaker 1947-2026
Lynn Douglas Slaymaker, 79 passed away at his home October 28, 2026.

He was born June 4 1947. He served 4 years in the Navy from 1965-1969. He loved building dune buggies and going to the sand dunes in his younger years, trips to Lake Powell and enjoyed weekends going to the Redwood Swap Meet, and relaxing at home and was a huge animal lover and who he loved was family.

He was preceded in death by his parents Loren and LaVae, brothers: Lester, Gay, Eddie, sister Lorna and son Darrin. He is survived by his wife Barbara, children: Chuck (Lisa), Lucy (Catherine), Cory, Tracy (Keith), Brandon sister Joy, sister in law Norma and 11 grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday November 7th 2026 at his son’s home from 4-6pm.
