Lynnette Medley

March 29, 1961 — August 13, 2025

Lynnette Medley, a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, peacefully returned to her Heavenly Father on August 13, 2025, at the age of 64. She was born on March 29, 1961, in Utah, where she spent her life surrounded by family, faith, and the mountains she loved.

Lynnette was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her testimony of the gospel guided the way she lived—quietly, faithfully, and with a heart full of kindness. She served in many callings throughout her life, always willing to give her time and love to bless others.

Though she never married or had children of her own, Lynnette’s nurturing spirit touched everyone she knew. She especially cherished her role as an aunt, and her nieces and nephews will forever remember her love, her laughter, and her unwavering support. She also built lasting friendships that became like family, strengthening those around her with her warmth and gentle encouragement.

Lynnette loved stories in all their forms. She found joy in books and movies, often sharing her latest favorite with family and friends. Whether turning the pages of a good novel or enjoying a classic film, she delighted in the way stories connected people and sparked conversation.

She is survived by her siblings Michele (Don) Jaco, Lou (Mattie) Medley, Linda (Steve) Bross, and David Medley, along with her many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Ruth Medley, and her siblings, Bob Medley and Melody Lema.

A graveside service will be held at Memorial Mountain View Cemetery on August 23rd, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Friends and loved ones are invited to gather in remembrance of Lynnette’s life and to celebrate the joy she brought to so many.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude for the prayers, kindness, and support shown during this tender time.
