Margaret Tripp McBride

Margaret Tripp McBride, passed away on June 15,2024. She was born on June 30, 1941, in Murray, Utah.

Margaret was a proud graduate of Murray High School, class of 1959. Following her education, she embarked on a successful career path that showcased her strong work ethic and passion for serving others For 20 years, Margaret owned and operated M+M Dry Cleaners in Murray, Utah, where she established deep connections with the local community. She worked at KFC as a manager alongside her high school friend Clone and her husband Tom. Margaret's commitment to her work was evident to all who knew her.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Margaret had a wide range of hobbies and interests that brought her joy. She found delight in crafts, woodworking, and painting. Tending to her yard was another favorite pastime through which she expressed her creativity and love for nature. Margaret cherished time spent at Wendover and camping trips at Joes Valley with her husband and family. Her adventurous spirit also led her to travel all over the United States in motorhome trips with her loved ones.

Margaret will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her brothers Ken, Don, Bobby, and Larry Tripp; sisters Maxine Chatwin, Sandra Covington, Sharon Zupan, and Vicky Lyman. Preceded in death by her husband Bill, brothers; Leonard and Steven, and Georgia and Wallace Tripp. 

A celebration of life for Margaret will be held at a later date.
