Margaret H. Wallace

Margaret Hendricka Maria Gruter Wallace, passed away at the age of 76 on January 24, 2024 in her home in Woods Cross. She was born on July 27, 1947 in Utrecht, South Holland, Netherlands to Fredrick T. Gruter and Gertrude Schetselaar. She married Delbert W. Wallace on June 7, 1968.

Margaret loved to crochet and quilt. She enjoyed traveling and camping.

She is survived by Sheila Ann (William) Clark, Shirley Florence (Mark) Altenbern and Brenda Margaret Wallace. 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 4 ½ great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Del Wallace; daughter Vicki J. Urhan and a grandson Steve Mortenson.

A graveside service will be on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at 11:00 am at Memorial Lakeview Mortuary & Cemetery, 1640 East Lakeview Drive, Bountiful. Friends and family may gather one hour prior to the graveside service at Memorial Lakeview’s gathering room.
