Margarethe Johanna Ida Zimmermann was reunited in heaven with her husband, Karl Gustav Zimmermann, on July 23, 2016 in Rigby, Idaho. Margarethe was born in Hamburg, Germany on June 4, 1922. She is survived by her daughter Karin Peterson (Berlin, Germany); sons, Gerd Zimmermann (Rigby, Idaho), Ralph Zimmermann (Sandpoint, Idaho), nine grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 from 9:30 to 10:30 am at Memorial Deseret Mortuary. A family memorial service will be held at the City View Mausoleum.Service Information
