Margene Solomon

June 29, 1931 — May 29, 2013

Margene Nebeker Solomon passed from this world on May 29, 2013, at the age of 82. She was born in a beautiful old house in Richfield, Utah, June 29, 1931 to Mary Leavitt and Eugene Carlos Nebeker.
Marge was the youngest of eight children; Grant, Jim, Paul, Dale, Scott Nebeker, and sister Bernice Hards, who have all passed, and a sister, Verus Thornley who is living in Layton, Ut.
She married Arthur J Solomon Oct. 16, 1952 Later was sealed in the LDS Temple in Salt Lake City where they spent their lives. Art passed March 1990.
They had two children Dana Lee (Ken) Clark and Scott (Pam) Solomon. Blessed with ten Grand Children; Heather, Travis, Katie, Stuart, TJ, Mike, Dylan, Becky, Patrick and Jeff, and ten Great Grand Children; Ella, Iowa, Jaren, Lainey, Samantha and Rand, Kaylee, Grace, Ella and Breckyn.
Margene spent her life in service of her family and the church, which she loved dearly. She always put the special in every Holiday with her wonderful dinners. The time she spent with her family she loved so much. She also enjoyed the outdoors, camping and fishing, her beautiful flower garden and growing her own vegetables. She Loved her little dog and BFF, Sprite.
She had so many talents that touched so many lives, she was an amazing lady. She will be so missed by us all. Mom worked so hard cared so much. Thank you Mom we love you.
A special thanks to: First Choice, Mom’s sweet nurse Becky, and all of Mom’s aides, their care was over and above. Sandy Regional Care Center, for her kind loving nurses and aides, we couldn’t have done it without you. Her sweet roommate Lori, thank you we love you. God bless you all for your work love and respect, nobody could ask for more.
Margene’s viewing will be held June 4, 2013 for friends and family to gather at the Memorial Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East, Murray, Utah. This will be followed by private family time. She will be taken to Wasatch Lawn for grave dedication.
