Maria Isaias Martinez-Acebedo passed away on October 8, 2023 in Salt Lake City, Utah at the age of 57. She was born on July 6, 1966 in San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Leòn Martinez and Catalina Acebedo.
Maria is survived by her daughter Yesenia Hernandez-Martinez; son Pedro Hernandez; granddaughter Adalyn R. Hernandez; mother Catalina Acebedo; and by her brothers and sisters.
She is preceded in death by her father Leòn Martinez and sister Bibiana Martinez-Acebedo.
A visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah.
A Rosary will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023 at 10:30 AM with a Funeral Mass following at 11:00 AM at Saint Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 7405 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah.
