Marilyn Louise Wolf Zamudio passed away peacefully on June 29, 2026. She was born to Glenn and Pearl Wolf on September 12, 1933, in Melba Idaho.
She was the middle child of 5 children.
She joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at age 16 and was a faithful member throughout her life.
In 1951 she graduated from Boise High and shortly after joined the Air Force.
While stationed in Minneapolis she met Raul Zamudio and they were married on June 6th, 1953, with their mother's present. Three daughters were born to this union.
She loved spending time with her family, reading since childhood, cooking, baking and traveling.
She worked and retired from ZCMI after her children were raised.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her two brothers, her sister, and 4 brothers-in-law.
She is survived by her sister Lucille, and 3 daughters; Sherree, Sue (Dee), and Natalie (Ron), Seven grandchildren: Nicole (Eric), Adam, Morgan (Megan), Josh (Rebecca), Amy (Reef), Daniel (Jessica), Emily (Chad), 18 ½ great grandchildren: and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Valley View Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Located at 2125 East Evergreen Avenue. A viewing will be held prior from 9:30 to 10:30 AM.
Interment: Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park
