Mark Olin Williams

Mark Olin Williams, age 51, passed away October 20, 2011 at a local hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mark was born March 16, 1960 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Kenneth L. and Dorothy H. Williams.

Mark lived his entire life in Salt Lake City. He graduated from Olympus High School in 1978 and from the University of Utah with a bachelor degree in geology. He worked most of his life as a General Contractor. He was an expert snow skier, river runner and enjoyed golfing and many other outdoor activities. Mark was a very caring and loving individual who did many kind things for his friends and family. We love you Mark and you will be deeply missed.

Survived by his mother, Dorothy Williams; brothers, Douglas (Lynn) Williams, Charles Williams; sister, Kris (Steven) Padley; nephews, Zac Padley, Jefferson Hunter, Kenny Williams; and nieces, Katy Bangerter, and Stephanie Padley. Preceded in death by his father, Kenneth L. Williams.

Funeral services will be held on Friday October 28, 2011 at 12:00 Noon at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, where friends may visit with the family on Thursday evening from 6:30pm to 8:00pm and also on Friday morning from 10:45am to 11:45am prior to services.
