Mary Ann Van Os, 86, loving wife, mother and grandmother, died of natural causes on April 13th, 2010.
Born August 30, 1923 in Arnhem, The Netherlands, a daughter of Teuntje Aartsen DeKievit and Gysbert A. DeKievit. Married Gerrit Van Os, November 7, 1952 in Salt Lake City.
Survived by her two sons, Jerry (Jo Ann) and LeRoy (Diane) Van Os and grandchildren Ethan, Emily, Eric, Lauren and Gerrit. Preceded in death by her loving husband and partner, Gerrit.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 19, 2010 at 12:00 noon at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, where friends and family can visit from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. prior to the service.
