Michael P. Bessey

Mike Bessey left this world on the evening of February 3, 2020, dying of natural causes.
He was born on July 2, 1935, the son of Clarence and Maurine Bessey of Salt Lake City, Utah.
A vibrant man, possessed of great presence and a gentle, loving soul, Mike treasured many lifetime friendships. He enjoyed travelling in America and Europe, deer hunting, and skiing in the spectacular Utah mountains.
He loved and nurtured everyone in his extensive family, and his beautiful home was the hub for many family gatherings. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Mike is survived by Linda, his beloved wife of 31 years; daughters Lori, Pam, and Michelle, and their spouses; Linda’s children Gindy and Hutch; sister Annemarie; nephews, nieces, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
At his request, no memorial services were held. We celebrate his life in our hearts.
