Mildred Lorraine Stahl Nielsen

Our beloved mother, grandmother, aunt and sister passed away on March 15, 2015. Mildred was born November 4, 1935 to Elin Margareta Kornelia Zandersson and Johan Axel Victor Stahl and was raised in Jonkoping Sweden. She loved her Swedish Heritage and passed that love onto her children and grandchildren.

Mildred served an LDS Mission in Sweden and has loved seeing several of her grandchildren go on missions. She has always loved the church and has had a strong faith in Jesus Christ. She loved being surrounded by and spending time with her family. We will always cherish her love and her giving nature. She was always willing to help in any way she could. Mildred will be greatly missed by her family but will live on always in our memories and in our hearts. We bid thee farewell sweet mom (see you on the Moon).

Mildred is survived by her children, Andri (Marcie) Nielsen, Mike Nielsen, Christine (Scott) Sheridan, Rebecca (Matt) Wilkin, and Rachel (James) Huntsman, 14 grandchildren and her sisters, Birgitta (Ron) Nuttall and Eva (Brent) Williams.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 19, 2015 at 11:00 am at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, where friends and family can visit 9:30 – 10:30 am prior to the service.
