Monica, 46, died on November 15, 2022, in West Valley City, Utah. She was born on March 4, 1976, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Gaylen D. Hepworth and Jan Williams. She married Johnny Mott. Monica had battled mental illness for nearly 30 years.
She had a great love for cats, dogs, horses, and other creatures. She loved to feed the feral cats in the area.
She is survived by her son Jeremy C. Lund, mother Jan Savage, and siblings Chris Hepworth and Emily Hepworth.
She is preceded in death by her father Gaylen D. Hepworth.
The family has requested that no services be held at this time.
