Nair Aparecida De Oliveira Lopes

Nair Aparecida De Oliveira Lopes returned to her Heavenly Father March 3,2023. She was born in Garca, Brazil on February 27, 1940 to Ana Ferreira De Oliveira.
She married the love of her life, Moacir Sebastiao Lopes on April 11, 1959. They have celebrated almost 64 years of a happy and fulfilled marriage. Together they had 4 children, Marcia, Moacir (Junior), Marcelo, and Alexandre.
Nair loved to paint canvas and fabric. She was always painting kitchen towels, bath towels, and aprons for everyone around her. She also loved to read and spent a lot of her time reading The Book of Mormon. She loved serving in the Church and enjoyed all of her callings, especially in the temple. She served in the Sao Paulo temple for 10 years. She also enjoyed knitting and taking trips to the shopping mall. She had a beautiful and contagious smile and was always serving those around her.
Nair is survived by her loving husband, brother, 4 children, 11 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, March 10. 2023 at Memorial Lake Hills Mortuary and Cemetery, 10055 South State Street, Sandy, Utah. A viewing will be held at the Mortuary on Friday from 12:00 Noon until the time of the service. Interment will be in Memorial Lake Hills Cemetery.
