Naomi Spencer Fagg

Naomi Spencer Fagg passed away peacefully January 24, 2011. She was born October 31, 1915 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Rex Isaac Spencer and Dora Harker Spencer. She married Willard Carlisle Fagg on April 4, 1936, in the Salt Lake Temple.

Naomi was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held many positions within the church. Serving as the Relief Society President was one of the highlights of her life and she embraced the calling with love and compassion. She was also a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and Garden Club.

Naomi was actively involved with her family, attending church and school programs, sports activities, and family vacations.

She leaves behind a legacy of love. Every child, grandchild and great-grandchild felt as though they were her special one.

She is survived by her five children, Lyle, Linda, Connie, Mike and Rex and their spouses, Janee, Wayne, Craig and Joan; 16 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren, 5 great great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 29, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, friends and family can visit Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:40 a.m. prior to the service. Interment: Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
