Nicole Lee Clark

Nicole Lee Childs Clark born April 19, 1977 to Donal David Childs and Theresa Ann Morlock. Married Chad James Clark in Salt Lake City, Utah on April 7, 2006. Nicole had a love for camping, concerts, and most of all her children. Preceded in death by her mother; and brother, Tyson. Survived by her father; husband; brothers, Anthony, David; Children, Damian, Melece, Aiden, Ashton. Special thanks to the Frazier family for their love and support. A private service for the family will be held on July 2, 2007.
