Norma J. Finch

Norma J. Finch, age 96, passed away on September 17, 2026, in Taylorsville, Utah. She was born on August 31, 1930, in Bozeman, Montana, to Louis Safley Mize and Arta Marie Carolus.

Norma married Leon P. Finch on September 5, 1953.

Norma lived her life with joy, creativity, and a love for bringing people together. She enjoyed creating beautiful centerpieces for friends and for every occasion that came her way. She also loved playing cards, especially with friends. Whenever there was a social gathering, Norma was always ready to contribute a creative dessert or a special main dish. She also had a passion for collecting figurines of all kinds.

Norma is survived by her son, Greg (Cynthia); daughter, Lara Pace; grandchildren, Stacy Beyer (Brady), Brandon Finch (Jessica), Kris, Shane, and Steven; and many great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon; her sisters, Maxine, Mildred, Helen, and Betty; and her brothers, Cliff, Charles, and Alfred.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Memorial Redwood Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah.
