Patrick Clark Rushton - 1985-2025

Our beloved son, brother, and uncle passed away on July 20, 2025.

He was large in stature and heart. A man of many talents, he could fix anything and solve any problem. He was a champion of the underdog and eager to help those who were struggling. He loved music and playing the piano.

Ricky used his skills and imagination to make a banjo from a mini-Heineken keg, and also rescued a guitar from the trash and taught himself to play. He was strong and intelligent and saved everything because he might have a use for it someday. He made copper jewelry and would fashion intricate designs for friends and family members, which will be treasured always.

Patrick would do anything for you and never ask for anything in return. He loved nature and could make camping a comfortable getaway. His bunnies were his soulmates, and he had a very special bond with them. He loved his family, and when he put his big arms around you, you felt safe and loved.

Ricky is survived by his father and mother, Roy and Merrilee, siblings: Brooke, Kellie, Jill (Jarrod), and his big brother, Trevor. He loved his nieces and nephews: Parker, Damon, Morgan, Hayley, Kaelyn, Brenden, Brynne, Davon, Emilee, Annelyse, Corbin, and his great niece: Aizlyn. He will be missed more than words can describe. We love you, Ricky!
