Penny Lavern Facer

Our loving, fun, spunky and adventurous Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma, Aunt and Friend passed away peacefully April 1, 2023.
Penny Lavern Facer was born January 7, 1940, to Clarence “Ted” and Louise Crawford Lane. Penny was the youngest of 4 children.
Penny married the love of her life, Lamar Chase Facer, September 6, 1969, and together they enjoyed an active Military life, and they were active members of the Fraternal Order of Eagles for over 10 years.
Penny was a very fun loving and doting Grandma. All of the grandchildren and great grandchildren couldn’t wait to be taller than Grandma, which was usually before they were 12.
Penny loved being around her family.
Penny will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by Son Carl (Patti) Lane; Grandchildren Kristin (Seth) Gerber, Tiffany (Paul) McGowan, Kristopher Lane, Kody Lane, 8 Great Grandchildren and her fur baby Coco Bean.
Preceded in death by beloved Husband, Parents and siblings; Peggy Stoltenberg, Melvin “Pinky” Lane and Carolyn “Patsy” Jones.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 1:30 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84123. There will be a viewing prior from 12:30 – 1:30 PM at the same location. Interment will immediately follow.
