Luppy was born on October 5, 1983, in Murray, Utah. He was an incredibly talented artist, even as a young child. He has always been a free spirit and spent 10 years traveling across the country by train. He was a friend to everyone he met. No matter where he was or who he was with, he knew how to have a great time. Every one of his siblings looked up to him. He was funny, smart, sensitive, brave, and truly the coolest person you would ever meet. He loved music of all kinds and played in several punk rock bands throughout his life. He lived a carefree lifestyle, but also cared deeply about everyone in his life.
He is survived by his parents; Phil (Kristen) Tresner and Susan (Rod) Webb, his siblings Tishelle Tresner, Nicole (Matt) Enright, Brandon (Catherine) Webb, Justin (Tara) Webb, Alex Black, Jeremy Black, Tristan Tresner, Christina (Taylor) Hess, Trevor Tresner, Katie Webb, many nephews and nieces, his dogs Dimas and Rudy, and his girlfriend Nicole Von Haack.
He was dearly loved and he will be missed by all.
