Ralph Frank Jettie, 67, passed away in his home August 29, 2009. Ralph was born June 16th 1942 in Salt Lake City to Ralph Clyde and Vivienne Ruga Jettie. He graduated from Olympus High School and later attended the University of Utah. He served his country for two years in the Vietnam War. He married Susan Kiger and had five children together Das (Suzanne), Ratha (Racie), Keli, Rama and Alma. He is also survived by three other children Paris, Anthony and Anna Marie as well as several grandchildren.

Ralph was a beloved father, friend and patriot. He always knew how to put a smile on your face and you always knew where you stood with him. He didn't sugar coat things. He always gave it to you straight up.

Ralph was a free spirit. He always lived life to the fullest. He enjoyed his time in the service and took pride in serving his country. He loved watching old John Wayne flicks, shooting guns out in the wilderness, and singing old country western songs.

Ralph had a heart of gold. He loved his family dearly and had a firm belief in his Savior Jesus Christ. He will be missed by all that knew him. "God speed amigo!"

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 4th 2009, 11:00am at the Holladay South Stake Center 4917 S. Viewmont St. (approx. 2085 E.). Online condolences may be sent to the family at: www.holbrookmortuary.com
