Robert Farrell

Robert H. Farrell, age 86, passed away on September 17, 2022 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born August 19, 1936 in Portland, Oregon to Earl H. Farrell and Ethel Ousley Farrell Matheny. He married Betty Crump Farrell in 1970 and together they have three children.
 
Robert was a licensed private investigator for many years. He owned his own firm and often traveled, working for a myriad of companies. He then switched careers and became an employment recruiter specializing in IT recruitment for national and international corporations.
 
Robert worked diligently to support and care for his family. He was very giving and helped family and friends whenever there was a need. He never missed an event or game his children and grandchildren participated in. He loved to play chess and poker and enjoyed the time he spent with his poker friends.
 
Robert is survived by his children Bryan (Bonnie) Farrell, Pamela (Lanny deceased) Gill, and Shannon (Jacade) Narcisse, six grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, and his brother Richard Farrell.
 
A visitation will be held Monday, September 26, 2022 at noon at Memorial Lake Hills Mortuary, 10055 S. State St., Sandy, UT. Internment at Memorial Lake Hills Cemetery.
