Robert is preceded in death by both parents' brothers Paul, Richard, and Mark and Robert is survived but his sister Twilla Williamson and several nieces and nephews Robert could often be found wearing a hat, tie, and sometimes necklaces which became the topic of many conversations. Robert had a quiet yet humorous sense of humor and enjoyed making people laugh and laughing along with them. Robert was a joy to be around with his silly name calling of staff chicken or cow and sometimes even a horse as he laughed at making the sounds of them. We never underestimated what Robert knew you could ask him a trick question and he would respond in the best way. Robert loved chocolate cake and Coca-Cola. Robert was able to do some traveling throughout his life and he often didn't care where he went, just as long as he was able to get away with his friends and staff. Robert has been receiving services through The Division of Services for People with Disabilities for many years, most recently being involved with the Chrysalis family. Robert was loved and will be missed by all who came to know him, including administrative staff, direct care staff, and his peers. Robert's guardian and support coordinator extend a special thanks to everyone at Chrysalis and the Neurobehavior HOME program for their care and dedication for Robert and his needs.
