Roger Lee Kelsey a husband, brother, father, grandfather and friend Born in Porterville, California on 10/09/1951 passing away 09/16/2025 in Kearns, Utah. He married Jenifer LeeAnn Hall January 31, 1975.

Roger was a man whose family came first and dogs got human food. The mountains were his first home, where he shared the love of fishing, camping, and hunting with all of us. His working hands could make, break or fix whatever he put his mind to. With an attitude of stubborn shetland( he hated small horses). With a green thumb that nurtured his family and a car obsession that always high jacked the garage. His passion for all that had a motor travels through his line to this day and forever on.
