Rose Marie Pierce-Baddley, age 50, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2025, in her home in Sandy, Utah.
Rose was born on July 21, 1975, in Richfield, Utah. She later grew up in Texas before returning to Utah, where she built a life centered on family, love, and service to others. Rose had a heart that welcomed everyone—she never met a stranger and would always help wherever she could.
She was a devoted wife, mother, Gigi, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and a loving caregiver to her father. Rose was married to T.J. Baddley for 18 years, and together they shared 26 years of love, partnership, and memories.
Rose was the proud mother of four children: Jennifer Clement (Matt Clement), Brittany McCombs (Mandi McCombs), Travis McCombs, and Jayden Baddley. She was a deeply loving grandmother to six grandchildren: Lehi, O’rian, Raven, Lynnly, McKinnon, and Charlie, each of whom brought her immense joy.
She is survived by her father, Charles John Pierce; her sister, Stephanie Lane; her husband, T.J. Baddley; her children; and her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Sue Christensen Pierce; her brother-in-law, Darren Baddley; and her beloved granddaughter, McKinnon Marie Clement.
Rose lived life with passion and enthusiasm. As a child, she played soccer, and throughout her life, she loved traveling, the ocean, anything to do with butterflies, go-kart racing, shopping, hockey, and most of all, spending time with her family. Her laughter, generosity, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Memorial services will be held on January 28, 2026, at Memorial Mortuary & Cemetery, 3115 Bengal Blvd, Cottonwood Heights, Utah 84121. A viewing will take place at 10:00 a.m., followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m., with a graveside service immediately afterward.
Rose will forever be remembered for her kind heart, her strength, and the unconditional love and compassion she gave to everyone around her.
Forever loved and always in our hearts.
The family would like to thank all who have offered love, prayers, donations toward services, and support during this time.
