Roy Lee Smith

Roy Lee Smith passed away on December 4, 2025 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on May 28, 1948 in Massachusetts. He married Debra Smith.

In his earlier years, Dad loved fishing and creating beautiful works of art in his woodshop! He enjoyed spending time with his loved ones, playing darts with friends, listening to oldies and sharing some social drinks!

Roy is survived by his son Michael Smith, daughter Michelle Hill, grandchildren Matthew, Jacobi, Haylee and McKaylie Smith. He was preceded in death by his wife, Debra Smith on August 24, 2019.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Memorial Murray Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East, Murray, Utah 84123 followed by a graveside service at 1:30 to be held at Memorial Holladay Cemetery, 4900 South Memory Lane, Holladay, Utah.
