Rulon C. Christensen

Rulon passed on December 6, 2010. He was a man of few words but great faith. He married the love of his life Floretta Ridd on May 25, 1945. They have danced together for 65 years. Together they raised 3 daughters, Lonnette Candelaria, Charisse Neilson and Mary Kay Greene. He was grandpa to 12, great grandpa to 13. But loved by all who knew him.

Rulon is survived by his wife, daughters and their families. One brother Rondo Christensen. He is preceded in death by a granddaughter Ashley and great granddaughter Kaleigh.

The family wishes to thank OneCare Home Health Care and Hospice, and Mount Olympus Care Center for wonderful care and support.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 10, 2010 at 11:00am at the Cottonwood 12th Ward, 1750 East Spring Lane (5195 South). Friends may call Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00pm at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, and at the church Friday morning from 9:30 to 10:30am prior to the service.
