Our loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Ruth Jansen, passed away at home on May 20, 2011 with her daughters by her side.
Ruth was born November 12, 1916 to David and Anna Jeppson in Brigham City, Utah. She is survived by her daughters, Diane, Lorraine (Duane), Chris (Mark), and Danielle; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and 1 brother. Preceded in death by her husband, Daniel C. Jansen; 1 great-grandson, Jackson; and 8 siblings.
She was an entrepreneur, avid gardener, and loved dolls but her number 1 priority was always her family.
Family and friends can visit Thursday, May 26, 2011 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East.
