Steven Soren Jensen

"Beloved Brother"

Steven Soren Jensen, 41, passed away on Aug 22, 2011 from a life-long illness. Steve was born November 21, 1969 in Salt Lake to George Eldon and Jonna Kirsten Ferniss Jensen. He graduated from Olympus High and attended the University of Utah, which he loved with all of his heart. He served an LDS mission to Livermore, CA in 1989. He most recently worked for Mountain States Analytical and Nelson Labs. Both employers treated him very well. Steve experienced joy in the U of U beating anyone, especially the school down south. Steve enjoyed mowing his lawn and petting all of his cats. His life was marked by constant trials, but he endured to the end. He is survived by brother Joseph and sister Michelle (Brian Porritt). Preceded in death by parents, and brother Paul. Funeral services will be held Monday, Aug 29th at 11:00 am at Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East.
