With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Sulieti Taumoepeau on October 24, 2025, in South Jordan, Utah. She was born on March 29, 1991, in Mesa, Arizona, to Koheleti Kofe Taumoepeau and Pelenaise Teu Monika Tuai.
Sulieti was known for her radiant spirit and generous heart. She loved to sing, dance, and lift her voice in praise to God. She had a special gift for bringing joy to others and dedicated much of her time to creating activities that inspired and guided young children and youth, helping them stay on a positive path.
She is survived by her mother, Pelenaise; her sisters Ana, Mele (Tupe), and Saiula; her brothers Sione, Koheleti (Luisa), and Marvin; her beloved son, Komasi ne Kaimana He Lotu Maile; niece Pelenaise Teu Monika Taumoepeau; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and her paternal grandparents, Sione and Tupou Taumoepeau. She was preceded in death by her father, Koheleti Kofe Taumoepeau Sr., and her maternal grandparents, Mataika and Toakase Tuai.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Redwood Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah. A viewing will take place prior to the service from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Memorial Redwood Cemetery at the same location.
