Taetafa Jr Leuta'afale

Tuaoimali'i Taetafā Leuta'afale Jr was born on July 25th, 1970 in Vavau, Apia, Samoa. After he grew up and moved to Salt Lake City, Utah in the US, he met Galoa'e Afi'a Lei'a and they got married in 1998. They then had their only child in 2001 named Ailuai Leuta'afale Jr whom they raised together in Salt Lake County. He passed away on July 18th, 2026 peacefully while surrounded by family and friends at the hospital. May he rest in peace.

Taetafā's services will take place at the chapel located on 4950 South 1950 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84129 at 9:00 AM on Friday, August 7th, 2026. The burial will take place at Memorial Redwood Cemetery at 1:30 PM located at 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, UT 84123.

He was a man of love, hard work and mercy. May his soul get the well-deserved rest it needs.
