Ted P Saxton, born June 25, 1936, passed away peacefully October 29, 2025 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Ted is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Claudine Saxton. His Son Mark (Nancy) Saxton, Daughter, Janell Bailey-Beach, son-in-law Bill Platt, 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Ted was a truck driver for 50 years driving both cross country and local. He hauled crude oil and gasoline for many years and once won an award for 3 million miles accident free.

He was also a prolific gardener, growing fruits and vegetables for his family and often giving extras to friends and neighbors. He loved to try something new every year and grew such things as purple green beans, jerusalem artichokes, okra, some of the hottest hot peppers around and even a 20 pound melon.
Ted was preceded in death by his daughter, Vaneitta Platt, his son Bryan Saxton, son-in-law Arthur Beach and 10 beloved brothers and sisters.
