Teuntje Cornelia VanVliet Tooley, age 91, passed away on January 15, 2013 in Murray, Utah. She was born on November 20, 1921 in Hendrick Ido Ambacht Netherlands to Arie VanVliet and Catharina Visser VanVliet. She married Virgil Forrest Tooley on September 11, 1954.
Teuntje enjoyed crocheting, knitting, gardening and baking.
She is survived by: Paul Tooley (Pam), Joan Cutler (Richard), Cheryl McFarland (Todd), Larry Tooley (Esther), Gayla Meyers (Steve); many beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren. Preceded in death by: husband, Virgil F. Tooley; parents, Arie Van Vliet and Catharina Vissar VanVliet; son, John Tooley; 6 sisters and 1 brother.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Millcreek 8th Ward, 4558 S. 600 E., Salt Lake City. Viewings will be held Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Murray Memorial Mortuary, 5850 S. 900 E. and at the church 1 hour prior to services. Interment Mountain View Memorial Park, 3115 E. 7800 S.
